Philanthropic values are not only a topic of discussion with our clients, but also a purpose shared by Truepoint Inc. and its employees alike. The basis of our firm’s culture lies in helping others, and we actively engage in our community to do just that.

Philanthropic Mission
Truepoint celebrates our next generation by investing in opportunities which expand their experiences, skills and knowledge. We place great value on giving back to our community consistent with this philanthropic mission, whether via in-kind donations, supporting community events or monetary contributions.
Lifelong learning and a focus on education is reflected not only in Truepoint’s culture, but also in our support of the community. Our team actively engages in youth mentoring and tutoring as a corporate partner of the Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, as a lead supporter of ArtWorks and the organization’s summer jobs program, and as long-time participants in Accounting for Kids Day.
Our employees generously donate time and money to help others succeed. Many of our employees serve in leadership positions on boards and committees throughout the community. Recently, they have been recognized for contributions on ArtWork’s Board and volunteer with Cincinnati Parks.
Philanthropic Review Process
While our resources are limited, we seek opportunities to support our clients and our employees. Truepoint’s Philanthropic Committee meets regularly to review charitable opportunities and determine ways in which we may be able to give back.
